LeBron James currently has not decided his 2026 free agency plans for the upcoming season. Teams such as the Cleveland Cavaliers among others, Miami Heat as well and Philadelphia 76ers in contention have shown interest expressed. His advisor Rich Paul the Lakers' agent says no rush to hurry is being placed on the decision right now. Earlier this week the Heat briefly posted quickly an introductory video for James on social media on social platforms before removing it that was quickly taken down. His son Bronny James is set to stay with the Los Angeles Lakers in spite of LeBron’s final choice. Former NBA player Shaquille O’Neal has publicly backed a likely move by LeBron.
